CCTV Inspection systems

From Push cameras to fully equipped Crawler systems, DRC can offer a varied range of equipment to suit your needs

  • DVD, Hard Drive, Flash card or Video recording
  • 60m - 120m cables
  • Self levelling head, Forward facing camera heads and pan & Rotate Cameras
  • Will survey pipes from 100mm to 600mm

Pitch Fibre Re-rounding Kit

DRC also hires a Re-rounding kit that will repair damaged clay pipes from 2" to 9"

Lateral Packers

Lateral Packers are used inside drains and pipes. They are ideal for patch repair and other types of pipe maintenance. The Lateral packer inflates to position a patch repair smoothly in a pipe and also to stop any flowing water. They are attached with a connector for push rods and another connector to inflate the packer. DRC has many packers in size from as little as 70mm to 600mm.

LCR Top Hat System

The Top Hat system is a new solution to perform a no-dig pipe repair to seal a lateral junction on a mainline. The top hat is inserted into the junction from the mainline sealing into the lateral pipe and also in the mainline. The system uses patching materials and each repair takes around 2 hours to cure.

Portable Robotic Cutter

For pipe sizes 100mm - 150mm. Requires 80CFM Compressor. The portable robotic cutter can be used in all types of pipe systems. The cutter is used for re-opening connections and cutting away deposits inside a pipe. The cutter is flexible in design and can negotiate up to a 30dg bend.

Air Tanks

For pipes 100mm - 225mm. The air tanks are for installing liners inside a damaged pipe, using compressed air it is a quicker solution to curing ambient liners. The larger air tanks also has an inlet for adding hot water to speed up the curing time of the resin.

Hot Box Boiler

For use with air tanks 100mm - 150mm to add hot water to speed up the curing times of resins.

Skilled Drainage worker

DRC now offer a skilled Drainage worker for hire. The worker is extremely experienced in:

  • Patching
  • Relining
  • Cutting engineer
  • Will work to 8 hour shift

7.5 Tonnes Combi Truck with Operator

DRC has available for hire a 7.5 tonnes combi truck with operator. Suitable for working in pipes sizes from 100mm - 450mm. The truck comes with:

  • Lining - scaffold tower for use with water inversions
  • Boiler - 1 million btu for hot curing liners, complete with hoses
  • Ipek Rovver Pan & Rotate Crawler system
  • Cutter - mainline Dancutter system
  • Driver/ Operator - please note: driver/ operator will only help you with usage and advice on equipment, but will not carry out your actual work.
  • Excludes travel expenses and Fuel for boiler.
